1.29 | Got some movement today despite the quick drop in temperature! Brr!
1.28 | Saturday workout with these ladies!
1.27 | Rest day—foam rolled and caught up with my book
1.26 | Worked out this morning then donated blood this afternoon
1.25 | Upper body session this morning then went to a physical therapy appointment to work on my running gait.
1.24 | Back with my workout battle buddy! Accountability is key for me
1.23 | Took a walk in the sunshine and meal prepped for the week
1.22 | Lunar New Year Barton dip!
1.21 | Spent the day at the property cutting dead trees and cleaning up!
1.20 | Rest day, walk with the fam!
1.19 | Gym workout and closed out all of my rings
1.18 | Beautiful day for an evening walk 😍
