speed work ranging from 100m sprint pace to 1mile race pace– think track workouts, hill repeats, and more. For all speeds.
Meet at Austin High track or O Henry track . Occasionally we'll meet at Zilker Park, Auditorium Shores or a hill/stairs location. I'll let you know meet-up location week of via text, location is always central.
Thursdays 6:15am - trail work
structured runs ranging from hard mile pace to easy run pace. Think fartleks, tempo runs, group pacing runs, and more. For all paces.
All workouts will be 30-45min.
