Run Club

a running series that moves with you, at your pace.

Tuesdays 6:15am - speed work
speed work ranging from 100m sprint pace to 1mile race pace– think track workouts, hill repeats, and more. For all speeds.

Meet at Austin High track or O Henry track . Occasionally we'll meet at Zilker Park, Auditorium Shores or a hill/stairs location. I'll let you know meet-up location week of, it will always be central.

Thursdays 6:15am - trail runs
structured runs ranging from 2mi-7mi (based on your current mileage). Think fartleks, tempo runs, group pacing runs, and more. For all paces. 

Meet on the trail under Mopac Bridge.

All workouts will be 30-45min.

Run Club memberships: 
Run Club One
- $40/month for once a week (switch btwn T/Ths as preferred)
Run Club Two
- $80/month for twice a week

Monthly recurring membership can be canceled at anytime.
