Relay Club membership includes all access to–

Run Club: Tuesdays 6:30am at Austin High or Town Lake trail. 40min track or trail workout w/ a focus on speed training + endurance. All speeds. We'll occasionally meet elsewhere for hill repeats, stair runs, and more.
non-member drop-in rate: $15/workout

Strength Club: Thursdays 6:30am at the studio (indoors at Zach Theater).
45-min indoor strength workout, low-impact, w/ a core and strength focus. All fitness levels.
non-member drop-in rate: $25/workout

The Relay: A workout show launching in September.
non-member subscription: $30/month


Surf Club: 2x's a month in July, August, & September– 6:30am at Texas Rowing Center (on the trail next to Austin High). 45-min SUP workout, non-impact, w/ a core and upper body focus. All fitness levels. Board rental included. 
RC member: $20/workout // non-member drop-in rate: $25/workout


Challenges: workout challenges for your body and mind to keep you motivated and connected. 

Social Gatherings: Monthly meetups to connect and get to know each other– think happy hours, coffee club, brunches, picnics, pickleball and more. These are open to members & non-members, bring your friends :)

Volunteer Opportunities: group-led service projects to give back to our community. Open to all, if space is limited, priority given to RC members. 


Discounts: Members receive special discounts and perks to local Austin businesses and restaurants.
