sync iPhone & apple watch timer (how to video below):
Download app: Interval Timer - Seconds
From your iPhone, click the workout timer link posted in Library for the corresponding workout. It will open the browser version of the timer.
Click "Add timer to Seconds" button, then click download.
In the top right corner of your browser, click the down arrow, then click the download. This will open Seconds app on your iPhone.
Click" Import Here". The workout timer is added to your app! If you have an apple watch, it will automatically sync to the apple watch app version so you can play it off your watch. When doing so, the workout timer is saved in your My Intervals folder. When opening the timer, I choose "Cross Training" so my activity app tracks my workout while the timer plays.
Sync your timer via watch or iPhone at the beginning of the workout with my timer. It's easy to wait for my timer to countdown and change exercises, simply hit the corresponding exercise to match our timers and you're all set! My timer never stops so you can sync at any point when joining the workout.
* I will post the next day's workout timer the evening before in the AS Library (remember it will be password protected). Once the app is set up and you have it down, adding each day's timer takes less than 20 seconds.
