1.16 | 1 Mile Walk. Listening to my Body.

1 Mile Walk. Listening to my Body. Normally I go to my Attack class Monday nights. I don’t like missing because it doubles as a time to connect with friends. Feeling a little under the weather, I decided to skip class instead of pushing myself through. Trying to be more thoughtful about listening to my body this year.

-from Jordan: Love this. Listening to your body is always good. I like to think that if I push through, sometimes it'll put me out longer (I'll get sick or need to miss 2-3 workouts later b/c I overdid it), instead of just taking one workout off, doing something simpler...and being back at it feeling good again the next workout. Hope that makes sense :)
